Dr. Lindsey Hall and Dr. Sheila Greenwood explain how building trust in relationships starts with you and your own well-being. Looking for some suggestions and ideas to create a better YOU? Dr. Lindsey Hall
Lindsey Hall, Ed.D., is starting her 32nd year in public education, her 27th as a school administrator. In starting her 9th year as a superintendent, she currently serves as the superintendent of schools for the Mahomet-Seymour School District, a learning community of over 3200 students. She previous served in the roles of junior high principal (M-S School District), high school principal and assistant superintendent (DeKalb CUSD #428) and superintendent of Morton CUSD #709 prior to being named superintendent in Mahomet-Seymour in 2017. Dr. Hall holds a doctorate in Educational Organization and Leadership from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign. She has been an adjunct instructor at Aurora University, and since 2017 has taught in the principal preparation program at Illinois State University. Dr. Hall served on the original Vision 20/20 committed established by the IASA, is active in the IASA Women of Leadership initiative, and currently serves as president of the Illini Region of the Illinois Association of School Administrators. She was named, by her colleagues in the Illini Region, as a Superintendent of Distinction for the 19-20 school year.

Dr. Sheila Greenwood
Sheila Greenwood Ed.D. just concluded her 8th year as superintendent in the Bement School District in Central Illinois, her 21st year as an administrator and 33rd year in education overall. She recently retired from Bement, but hasn’t left the field of education, just re-arranged her schedule to accommodate writing, mentoring, interim superintendent and PreK twins. She was awarded the IASA Abe Lincoln Region Superintendent of Distinction Award from her colleagues in 2020-2021.
